NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Michelle Stanek
I am an internationally-recognized pole dance performer and instructor known for my "sexy contemporary" style that blends sensual movement with the grace, extension and control of my classical dance background.
I am a passionate and dedicated instructor. I co-created both XPERT and elevatED: pole dance fitness and flexibility teacher trainings, to help instructors provide informed, thoughtful experiences to their students. I travel the world offering signature workshops, judging competitions, and performing. I am an instructor at Body & Pole in New York City.
Prior to my full-time pole dance career, I earned a B.A. and M.A. in Art History.

Michelle Stanek is truly an exceptional pole dancer and dance teacher. Her expertise extends beyond just pole dance. Her vast knowledge of various dance styles, including contemporary and ballet, allows her to incorporate diverse elements into her classes, creating an integrated approach to dance education. This unique blend of styles not only enhanced my technical abilities but also broaden my artistic expression, which helped me become a champion pole dancer.
